Proceeding to a hotel in Candidasa, you will then learn the fine art of Balinese cooking under the skilled guidance of a knowledgeable chef.
As you prepare traditional Balinese dishes, you will master the technique of using the Balinese stone pestle and mortar to blend spices, creating a delicate blend of garlic, onion, turmeric, lemon grass chili, galangal and ginger.
